Perhaps I should look for a warmer coat in that same color, it really is so great! . karen13 do take a look in TJMaxx if you are inclined...I'm 5'1" and it's a almost-hip length on me. I tried it with a few toppers, but I don't think I'd want to cover it up since the pattern is so pretty.  This brand must run large and short, if a S size fits me like this. Shown with grey jeans and grey booties, and with blue moto added and a b/w tweed moto.  I would not be likely to wear a jacket over it indoors because even with cashmere I need an underlayer to avoid itching, and adding a jacket too would make it too warm, but I wanted to try it.  I'm still a bit on the fence about cost vs versatility, since the sweater really needs to be worn on it's own, although i can see it with other other jeans/pants, or even my black knit pencil skirt. At US $129 it seems like a pretty good price for quality cashmere. All comments and suggestions welcome!  Janet on "Have you heard of Skull Cashmere? I should have known better. Dress lengths are way more problematic for me that sweater lengths (in fact, many tops are a little too long on me!). Interesting Janet, this sweater seems a good length for me which means it might be too short on those of "normal" height or a little taller like you so maybe that is a feature of the brand. It seems totally different from their normal style.  Maybe that's why it ended up at TJmaxx.  Cee, if you do a search for this brand online you'll find lots of simple skull motifs, but nothing that says "pirate"...at least not to me. Of course you could add your own eye patch and fake parrot on your shoulder...:-) Joy, I'm with you, have never been into skull motifs, and I would not have given any of this brand's more typical styles a second look. On the other hand, I know a man in his 70's who rocks a chunky skull ring. He is a a retired electrical engineer who grew up in a very tough, poor neighborhood of Boston, regularly attends the symphony with his wife, is very active in a motorcycle club (in good weather), and is one of the most interesting people I've ever met.
