I think I tend to be a little more like AJ and Dawn. I have a couple of people I really like their style and I'll google them if I need inspiration and I am definitely inspired by things outside of fashion. Color combos normally come from interior design catalogs or art. </p> <p>I have a question for you now! Do you find yourself styling people in your head. I've gotten in th habit of critiquing and giving friendly advice I can't stop myself. Well...I don't say it. No one wants unsolicited advice from a stranger.<br /> But I can't stop my BRAIN!!! I'll be walking down the street and my inner monologue is "Oh, she should raise that hem 2 inches...oh, that would look awesome with those black lace up boots...oh, she would look fab if she just belted that and threw on some pearls..." I swear I can't stop. </p> <p>My senior project was figure art, so I spent 3-6 hours a day drawing and painting nude people. Back then I couldn't stop imagining people naked. It wasn't naughty..I just saw the muscles and the bones under their clothes. SO, I guess re-styling their outfits is an improvement. At the end of the day, I'm kinda just vegging out when I watch TV, so I'm not really paying attention to what people are wearing.</p> <p>However, color pairings really inspire me and just the other day I was at a card store looking at blank notecards. There were many beautiful and colorful ones, that I whipped out paper and pen and started writing down outfit combos that had similar colors. Hee-hee!
