I've never had any problems with receiving my orders and in fact sometimes, they've arrived the day after I placed the order! The total on your order is the only thing you pay - no additional fees and as Ceit mentioned, you receive refunds after the actual duty charges are calculated. I've never paid more than $25 total in shipping and duty. I've never had to return anything so can't speak to what they are like to deal with for returns. On $200ish boots I think duty was around $30. They charge you an estimated cost at time you place order, and you are refunded the difference later. I think both times they charged $45 or $60 in duty and I got $15 or so back.
