I've gifted certificates for this company and the recipients were very happy with the product. They both ordered flats and they came with a few optional inserts for additional comfort customization. My only caution would be that the colors onscreen aren't perfect reflections, but this is true of any online shopping. I ended up returning a pair that was too neon. Great customer service through that process. They are an Australian company that allows you to design your own shoes, basically from scratch.<br />In a few minutes of playing around, I designed a shoe that I am absolutely in love with. Not sure it's too spring-like, and it's certainly not the nude low heeled shoe I am (still) shopping for, but these shoes are all me.<br />I haven't hit the order button -- this may just be a whim that passes, or I may tweak the design further.
