I have a similar scarf and the ends normally shouldn't fall on your breasts, they mostly fall towards the inside or the outside (I hope I'm explaining myself well, it's been a long time since I spoke English :$). Anyway, I'm a complete scarf addict so I think it's worth a try It's such a simple habit but it can add something little extra to almost every outfit!

Mo, I had the same thought as Lyn -- depending on where the dangles fell, they could be visually awkward.

I have in India - the dupatta/chuni/odni styles change all the time, and the last time I was there this kind of decoration was really in. But it wouldn't be wrapped around the neck, it would be worn hanging back over your shoulders, so the tassel thingies would be behind you.

Malina, I can't speak for this particular scarf, but I was sorely tempted to buy one that was similar. I saw lots of them when we were on holidays in Italy last year, and although I didn't try one on I saw plenty of people wearing them and they looked great. The beaded ends take the scarf up a notch so it's sort somewhere between clothing and jewellry, and it appeared to sit really well. Lyn, that's a good point - the ones I saw sat fairly high on the chest once the scarf was wrapped like the picture above, and they were triangular, so that the beads sat on and either side of the tasseled V of the scarf. They actually drew my eye to the scarf and the wearer, not their boobs! Like I said, Malina, I didn't try any on myself, and I can't comment on this particular one...but I liked the concept. The only thing I wondered about was laundering - not that you need to wash scarves very often!

I haven't a clue how it would wear - totally intrigued, though! As I said, I'm a *total* decorative scarf newbie. One wear in almost 41 years hee hee. And the winter ones I've worn for snow only in the last 3 or 4 years, I honestly found in the lost and found at work. Often travelers never come back for the item and so we take them home after a week or two of not being claimed! Most of my sunglasses came to me the same way lol.

And I just had a silly thought ... would the decorations dangle and attract attention to "the girls"? Seems like a guy designed this ... "I wasn't looking at your breasts! I was looking at those dangle heart things!"

I've seen these on Ebay and in a couple of stores here in the UK. Would the heavy decoration cause the scarf to tighten around your neck throughout the day? x

Mo, I think it's rather interesting in design, but I wonder about function. I think those dangles knocking around all day would be too distracting!

I keep my slippery silk scarves anchored by careful invisible placement of a straight pin. It works!

Being a total scarf newbie, I only own one non-weather related, purely decorative, scarf. And I've worn it once to a Christmas wine tasting. I stumbled across this while hat browsing. Is this practical to keep the ends where you want them? ( I did notice on my silky scarf it wanted to unwind and shift throughout the day.) Or is this just totally weird? http://cgi.ebay.com/Heart-Togg.....2973wt_821
