&#060;p&#062;They even pulled that feature off during the early days of NAS -- probably because it would have been crazy and inaccurate and disappointed lots of shoppers!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was going to suggest what Jenava and Marianna said - I've done both before and it worked well.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;What I've noticed more often is that the Nordstrom inventory program says that they have a certain item in stock in a store in my size, but they only have *one* - but sometimes when there is just one left, it's hard to track down on the sales floor.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That being said, I've certainly had sales assistants at Nordstrom who were willing to go to great lengths to actually track down the item in question, so I have no complaints on that front!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've had a lot of trouble with the Nordstrom website in recently months.  I use the website to see what's in a specific store so I know whether to take a trip or not.  Often I've found that the store has sizes the website says they did not have!  Or they have items that are not on the website at all.

The system was down.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span>  I work in CS at Nordies now and you can always call the CS department and we can find the item for you and set it aside. Any sales person can do this too.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Uh, sorry, it was down today, actually.  Technical difficulties.  It should be back up in the very near future...Anna, you could always call the store and place your order through customer service.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When you &#034;BOPUS&#034; the item is already in the store - they don't ship it from the warehouse to the store.  so, if the feature is not available you can always call customer service at the store you want to pick it up at and they can have the in-store fulfillment team go find the item for you...

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I haven't noticed this problem (yet), but it would bug me because I rely on this feature to decide if I can go to a particular store to try something on. I figure if the item is available for 'in store pickup' then it's at the store, which means I can try it on. I don't necessarily use the 'pick up in store' feature for orders, but rather to try on a more expensive item before buying or ordering. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Haven't run into a problem yet, but here's hoping they get the 'pick up in store' feature fixed soon.
