I use the website to see what's in a specific store so I know whether to take a trip or not. Often I've found that the store has sizes the website says they did not have! The system was down. I work in CS at Nordies now and you can always call the CS department and we can find the item for you and set it aside. I figure if the item is available for 'in store pickup' then it's at the store, which means I can try it on.
