But I must admit patent red elevated the style to something special.</p> <p><b>Sveta</b> :: thanks for the input, I had hard time letting this one go. I like myself in navy and even steered thing in that direction for a bit, but figured out I don't *love* myself in it as much as black or grey. The coat in question was so close to&nbsp;what I'm after for my casual capsule, especially for "dressy&nbsp;cycling" - the right length, style that makes getting on and off the bike easy, fabulous woollen fabric, even long (enough!)&nbsp;and interesting sleeves. But, a few&nbsp;months ago I did Column of Colour challenge and comparing navy and black side by side clarified things in that sense to me.
