The black pair I bought last year I think I did have the hem lowered the as much as possible and the are just below my ankle. </p> <p>Another friend of mine said "not with the striped top," and I explained that I just happened to try that on at the same time. I'm newly in love with a similar pair in black since I started wearing them with low heels instead of flats. I can see these with my black patent pumps, ivory Joseph Campbell sandals, JC oxfords and yellow patent wedges.</p> <p>For tops I'm thinking this shirt and its grey twin, blue silky tee or a white button down. Other ideas? Any one think I've lost my mind? </p>
