I went through a phase some years back where I was looking for heeled oxfords. I never found a pair that suited me. I wanted to wear them maybe somewhat unconventionally...I was thinking of shorts with tights, or even over-the-knee socks (over tights) with a shorter skirt (to show of the tops of the OTK socks).
