Only about a quarter of the people at the bar we went to dressed up true to character, but everyone kind of glamed up a little (lots of LBDs).</p> <p>Lots of black bob wigs for females and this one guy who seriously could be Samuel L Jackson's double! There was a barman in a yellow jump suit!</p> <p>After losing some weight this year (and more to go) I find dressing up hard and I am still really uncomfortable on nights like this. I wore a black top from Coast and a new pencil length skirt from Benetton. I then wore mirconets and some satin covered 4 inch pumps that always make me feel glam. My little Emmy was born in February of 2009 but it has been a very difficult year for us financially.
