Plus, I do need a few pair of jeans for rough work days, and weekend days where I might abrade my jeans sitting or scooting across a rock. The perfect khaki comes with a tall inseam as well (36"). I like how it's fitted through the hip and goes straight to the floor from about mid thigh. The 34" Inseam is long on me with bare feet, but it gives a nice stovepipe look when I wear platform wedges or heels.</p> <p>There is a minor bit of shrink when you wash as with all cottons. They can go a few wears without needing a wash and they loosen as I wear them, but it turns into a nice slouchy look. I'm more pear shaped, but I don't feel like that accentuate my hips.
