This is not something I would use for everyday storage of my handbags. I've received one as a gift and it was packaged that way and at a couple VERY posh restaurants, I've been offered the use of one of these for my bag. That said, I don't think I would purchase one for day-to-day use: I tend to load my bags up and would be worried about the handles stretching or getting misshapen if they have to hang on a wire all day. Most of my good bags have big handles so I'm not sure they'll fit on the hook. </p>
