My work environment is casual but I tend to dress up more. </p> <p>@Suz: It is above the knee but not by much. I have a couple of silk blouses but they are printed but I do have a shell in ivory. Also, I can't find a photo of this outfit, but I've also worn these skirts with a silk blouse + blazer. </p> <p>Depending on how short this is on you, I would probably stick to dark or opaque tights as that will mitigate the shortness. There is a wee bit of a schoolgirl vibe going on, so blouses, turtlenecks, V-neck sweaters layered over a blouse would all work. Glam it up with a silk shell.
