I usually wear a 2 or 4 and the 2 fits very nicely. I'd probably be able to wear a 0 too. Playing with these skirts with what's in my closet, I'm thinking of keeping the grey and returning the green or exchanging it for black. The grey and green colors are similar enough that I'd wear almost the same tops with each, so want to keep just one...at least until they go on sale. Crew pencil skirt (in burnt ochre) and was dismayed that the bright purple was sold out, so I jumped on the Halogen band wagon and ordered the pink. I followed the advice and went down a full size from 4 to 2. Mine just arrived last night and I'm wearing it today! The regular size is perfect in length--to the knee and I'm almost 5'10" and the fit is ideal--the 2 is none too small! I love the color, the seaming and the fact that it's lined (I think all fitted skirts should be).
