I'll probably dry clean or Dryell because it don't want to take any chance on shrinking. But, I would be concerned if I hand-washed or washed on delicate that the fabric would be stretched out of shape and the lining would show or it would get lumpy or not lay right.</p> <p>Do you/have you handwashed other knitted items with linings? I'm worried, though, about the fabrication and the "dry clean only" instructions. I extremely rarely take things to the cleaners. I use the delicate cycle or handwash lots of things, but I can't see adding the cleaners to my fly-by. Has anyone had luck washing the Halogen skirt at home? If not, I won't even try it. </p>
