I spoke to my SA in Jewelry and it was not a good sale for her. I asked; she didn't bring it up. I think it was because people were shopping online, so you lose the shoppers who come in for something else but decide to just "take a peek, as long as they are in the store anyway". Their price adjustment practice makes online purchasing look like the better choice.</p> <p>I agree it is too soon to reduce the price.&nbsp;</p> <p>I wonder if they have a lot of merchandise that came back after the sale that they want to get sold. I know some of my returns that were after the sale because of the time it took for clothes to arrive. &nbsp;And then if I wanted to try another size, I kept the original until the new size arrived. <br />And to be honest, some are late because I was trying to like them and it took me time to realize they weren't going to work. And some I'm still not sure of. And one or two I'm holding to see if I change size.</p> <p>So far only one of mine is cheaper now, and several are sold out. This time some of my ordering was technically "in store" because I got it from the Canadian stores. I'm sure there won't be an adjustment in that case so I'm just going to take the loss. The truth is, getting the items in my size without extra duties etc and the travel to the border was worth it for me. Technically I bought the Caslon jacket AFTER the sale was over (bc I exchanged for a diff size in store and they gave me the NAS price) so it is actually within the 21 days. (And while technically I bought it in store it was shipped to me so showed up in my online order history). Nothing else I bought is lower price than at NAS (yet) so I don't have any first hand experience this year trying to price adjust after 21 days. But it's not been a problem in the past... I wonder if they are trying to be more strict about it now.
