She is the only one so far who I feel comfortable with. I have tried numerous hair stylists in Kingston and nobody even came close to what I wanted. My current stylist has been very patient with me with this new haircut and kept telling me that I can see her again if I wanted to change it but I just felt that her smile was a little less cheery the third time Hopefully, I will have her trained soon. This looks shorter than in your NYC travel capsule post. Were the pictures taken at the same time? You don't show a front view here, but on the other pictures it still looks like you have some nice length from the front. Anyway, as I said, I love the wavy wildness. Keep going back to your stylist until she gets it like you want it (and tip well)! They want to see you happy too. It's a process, as I told my hairdresser. She didn't do anything wrong; I just didn't know what I wanted until we started hacking into it. The angle is very nice now. Can't tell about the layers, but they look good from what I can tell (not too short, which is probably good for now; if you do go shorter, the overall silhouette will be a bit rounder, not sure if that's what you're after). Give it some time to settle in, and at the very least it will grow back to the longer length if you find you liked that more. Here are the new pics. I still would like more choppy layers at the back but I think my hairdresser's patience is running a little low ( I have gone to her 3 times now to make it look how I want it to be)&nbsp;so I will probably let it grow out at this point and see in a couple of months.&nbsp;<br />People have been complementing my new do continuously so I think it has worked. To be honest with you, although I like the new look, I am missing my longer length. </p>
