They all work with my narrow face, hair texture&nbsp;and should also work with my glasses, which is key. I am never without my specs so need to take that into consideration. Also because my face is fairly long and narrow, I need to be careful that I balance that with some volume on the sides and not all hair on the top of my head, which makes my face look even longer.<br /><br />Obviously any of these would take some time to grow into so it would be what I'm working towards.<br /><br />These are now the three new contenders - would love to hear your thoughts?<br /><br />Bree - I am not changing my color. So funny. But I completely understand the need for a bit of a change.&nbsp;<br /><br />As you know, I have a modified version of #4. Sometimes more modified (i.e. shorter and less obvious length differentials from the rest) and sometimes a bit closer to that, although I have not yet had a fringe quite that long, for practical reasons.&nbsp;<br /><br />My hair texture sounds similar to yours. <b>SUPER</b> thick, some but not a ton of wave, greys coming in. Of course I colour it, too.&nbsp;<br /><br />What I've found is that my bang itself needs to be thinned out and quite layered for the longer fringe to work. So it doesn't look quite like #4, regardless.&nbsp;But it does work. Some days I don't even need to use the flat iron. I tend to use it once after washing and then go a couple of days without using it (and without washing, either.) It takes all of one minute just to iron that part flat. In humidity I might have to do it more often; because the hair has to be thinned out so much, the ends do want to curl in humidity. But yours sounds a bit straighter than my natural hair.&nbsp;<br /><br />With product, I can also get and keep&nbsp;the look of #3 very easily. And I can mimic&nbsp;a shorter, spikier cut for a few hours at a time. (I have never found the product yet that will hold my hair completely, unless it is Crazy Glue).&nbsp;<br /><br />I'd love to wear my hair in a little punk twist like Angie but my super high forehead makes it less than lovely on me.
