Thank you everyone for your comments! I have found that it is difficult to wear my hair both ways (curly and straight). I need more layers when I leave my hair curly, and it seems odd to wear that many layers straight.
My hair does not respond well to humidity either, Ana. It actually gets more limp. I have alot of hair, but it is actually more fine.
Right now I think I'm debating between longer (layered) and curly or shorter and straight. I have had the pixie haircut before, and liked it a lot. But I think I'll leave it to Ana to rock the look for now. :D
I have an appointment this Thursday so I'll probably just have more layers put in and maybe change up the color since I'm still undecided on the length and straight vs. curly.

Sarah, I personally like your hair chin length (the photo after moving to TX header), but you look great with any length hairstyle. It depends on how much effort you want to put into the cut. I have naturally wavy/curly hair as well and I find it's hard to get a cut that works both ways. Either it looks great straight but not so much when I let it do it's natural thing or it looks great when I work with my curls but straightening it doesn't look the best. Hope you find something that works for you. Let us know what you decide!

I really like the idea of a cut that works for both straight and curly styles. I love your hair when you wear it wavy/curly, but everyone is right--you can pull off multiple styles and lengths. Does your hair get frizzy in the humidity? That was an issue for me. If so, then you'd probably want to stick to a style that works with your natural texture or that you could pull back if needed.

Wow, you can carry off a lot of styles and lengths! I am envious.

I personally love the sleek short bob in the black-and-whites, but with curly hair I imagine that one is labor-intensive. I think a chin-to-shoulder length cut would be easiest for you, and one you can blow out or leave curly. But I think shorter is better for you -- your neck looks longer and it lets all your gorgeous facial features stand out.

I liked the sexy tousled (sp?) cut that was under the dinner picture. With my curly hair I find that a good layered cut will give me flexibility to go curly or straight...would that work for you? If you'll be working out twice a day you'll probably want a look that can accomodate your natural curls for less maintenance. (unless your more motivated than me!!)

I love you with the dark brunette color that contrasts with your gorgeous fair skin. Favorite cut is the one where you and your (husband, I assume) are both wearing grey stripes. I think it's perfect. Honestly, you look pretty in all of the styles, and it looks like you have many viable options. But that's my No. 1 pick.

Your features can be host to a variety of hairdos. You look good in short and long styles. I am growing tired of the Victoria Beckam bob, as is she now I guess. I saw her hair is cut in an "Ana" cut now. See what you started Ana!
I think curly tops are a refreshing change. If your hair is co operative with the curls and not to much trouble to do, I say try that again and maybe in a shorter style for fun. You would also look good in an Ana cut I'm sure. Have you considered that? The nice short structured cut that Rose gave you is very impressive. Really you can't go wrong. I think you can wear whatever your heart desires.
What about color? Have you experimented with changing the color of your hair? An auburn color would be nice for fall with all the luscious fall colors. I guess I'm secretly wanting that for myself but I have never ever ventured into totally changing my hair color.

I think you look great with short and long hair, and your wedding picture is beautiful! Since you have naturally curly hair and you don't have a lot of time to style it, I think a longer style might work best. The short cuts look really cute on you, but I'm sure they can be time consuming to dry and straighten your hair.

I like the last picture you posted and I think it would look good on you. It would be long enough for you to pull up while you work out. When you wash it, you could use some product and let it air dry or scrunch it with a diffuser. I'm not sure how curly your hair is, but mine is naturally wavy and I have found that Redken Fresh Curls enhances the wavy-ness/curliness and gives me good hold throughout the day.

Have you been to makeupalley.com? You can find tons of review of styling products there.

Good luck! I'm sure others will also have some expert advice. :)

Also, I just saw what kellygirl posted - I like the suggestion of a bob that you could wear both curly or straight if you have more time.

I think the bob is my favorite (and not just because that's my current style.) I think it really frames your face beautifully. You look chic and polished.

My second fave is the natural soft curls--it looks very fresh and fun. Can you obtain both looks with one cut--I mean if your hair is cut in a bob, do you still have the option to go with the natural waves? (My hair is straight as a pin so I have no clue about this.)

Does it take a long time to blowdry your hair? I guess I'm asking if you have lots of hair or is it fine? From the pictures it looks like you have luscious, thick hair. I have really fine hair so am a bit envious.

With all the talk on hair and all the new hairstyles, I've been thinking about my own hair and trying to figure out what to do next.
Here is a timeline of my hair from 2003 to current. In your opinion, what look suits me best? I'm also open to new ideas.
I do work out twice a day and don't have a lot of time to wash and style my hair. I do have naturally curly hair.
Thank you!
