The folds happen&nbsp;because something is pulling on the fabric, or tugging it out of shape.&nbsp;Usually pulling&nbsp;indicate a fit issue of some kind. IMO, shorter, more fitted shorts like this are strictly summer-casual, but the fabric on these makes them a fall version.
