				<description>&#060;p&#062;I know we've listed them all before but new members invariably need to ask what MOTG and WIW means.  Perhaps a permanent tab on the home page with a glossary would help?  It could be updated as new acronyms pop up, like RATE earlier this year.  I know, we are great at finding projects for you to do, huh?  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>
