I've been out of the country twice in my life. The first time Greece was one of several European countries I visited. The second time was&nbsp;over a decade&nbsp;later with my cousin, when she had a conference in Athens. After the conference, we went to Santorini for a few days. And that second visit was over a decade ago, too! I want to go back, now!</p> <p>Have you been before? If not, my only advice is this. And even this advice depends on where you are. It seems like there are many places in Greece that are very hilly, with what seem like miles of steps, or steep, slippery sidewalks. Keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. What you show above looks perfect for your trip, but be sure they have some grip to them. </p> <p>However, if you have been to this location before or know a good bit about the island, feel free to disregard all this. I don't have great balance to begin with, so this is something that may be way more of an issue for me than for most people. </p> <p>BTW, I love the colors you have chosen. The aqua and coral in particular. So I thought while I'm taking a break with a cuppa, that I would share with you what I'm taking with me. <br />We are away for 14 days and pretty much most days I will be wearing a bikini or tankini plus shorts or skirt&nbsp;and a&nbsp;Tee or a kaftan cover-up.<br />We are staying on the island of Zakynthos and we will probably visit Zakynthos town once or twice and we might do a boat trip but for the most part it will be a beach/pool holiday. Each night though I need dresses or a combination of tops with trousers or skirt and I need a cardi/jacket or scarf for when it goes chilly.<br />I made quite a few new things last year and I am taking a lot of the same&nbsp;clothes as&nbsp;our last holiday. I have updated my travel clothes though, thanks to all the suggestions made in this post : <a href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/describe-your-typical-in-flight-wear" rel="nofollow">http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....light-wear</a><br />I bought some new slim leg ponte knit trousers and I will wear my open-knit coral sweater over a layering tee, all topped off with my denim jacket and a scarf with mint, coral and taupe plus my new mint Cons on my feet. See pic #1 I will be able to use both denim jacket and scarf (which could be used like a shawl) as evening toppers so I am only packing 2 cardis this time.</p> <p>So now to the pics.&nbsp;The first few (1-4) are my&nbsp; travel gear plus daytime beach wear and the rest are evening. I am using a fair bit of Coral, Mint, White, and some blue/grey tones.<br />BTW the white skirt is one I've had for a while and I wanted to replace it so maybe I will make one in a few weeks ready for next time. The white top in 14 will also be replaced.<br />I am also taking a white belt, a tan belt with coral trim and a slim tan belt.<br />Also a small selection of necklaces and earrings.<br />I'l do some photos when I'm away with some of the things styled and show pics when I'm back.<br />Thanks for taking the time to read all this! </p> <p>ETA, forgot to add photo of top in 19.. done now</p>
