It seems that I need to be patient and wait for my body to get adjusted to the thyroid meds. </p> <p>I had a nice weekend, even went salsa dancing. I could not dance two songs on a row though, had to take a break every second one. I am going back to PT twice a week starting today to deal with the neck issues. I am also starting to take a weekly group dance class. </p> <p>For the first month I will stick to PT twice a week and dancing twice a week per my doctors instructions.
