I refuse to buy another coat just for these, so I need to figure out what length will look best and hope I have something . I hate this store, and 2. this store is for 30 year olds. Ha. &nbsp;However, &nbsp;on my way into BR to do a return, I walked by RW &amp; Co (Canadian chain of lower-priced office wear for younger women - kind of like your Limited/Express) I spotted these pants on a mannequin. They are fantastic! &nbsp;Ponte fabric, well-made , nice firm wide waist band ,pockets (!!!) and the perfect length for pretty much all of our 4 seasons! &nbsp;Did not try them on when I bought them, and had little faith in them being worthwhile, but was I pleasantly surprised! &nbsp; And the price! &nbsp;Suz and Elizabeth - you both will like these. ( &nbsp;Smittie - not so sure it's your thing. &nbsp;)They are black, and will be almost long enough to meet a mid-shaft boot, never mind your typical tall boot. I plan to wear them with textured or fishnet hose and mid-shaft or high-ankle boots. &nbsp;I bought my usual M. &nbsp;</p> <p>And for a further pleasant surprise, this asymmetric-closure sweater, which looks like a funky coat over top . &nbsp;Simple silk tank underneath, and I have the perfect work outfit. &nbsp;This sweater rang every alarm bell for me &nbsp;(I won't get into it ) but for the super low price, it's a fun new silhouette. Surprisingly slimming and interesting looking . &nbsp;Who knew?? </p> <p>Leaving no retail stone unturned.....<br />L. &nbsp;&nbsp; </p>
