I learned the hard way that all showy pieces do not make a cohesive wardrobe. Even just today I'm realizing a basic black cardi I didn't buy for the longest time, and finally went back and got a few weeks ago, makes so many things come together and fall into place in my wardrobe! I know it can be hard sometimes to pass by the snazzier stuff and stay the course with basic shopping. I've been noticing that my lack of basics is crippling my wardrobe, so I've been focusing on that lately. I picked up a really nice white tunic shirt at Old Navy (been looking for one of those for about a year), black lounge pants at Gap Outlet, two pair of long Yoga pants for winter at Marshall's and two more layering T's at Target.<br /> gooOOO basICS! </p>
