				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yay for Anthropologie! I was just composing a post asking you ladies for advice about a missing package when my daughter texted me to let me know that Anthroplogie has resolved the situation for her. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Basically what happened was that she ordered an item online after Christmas using some of her Christmas money. She charged it to her credit card and it was shipped priority mail, but the package never arrived on her doorstep. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;All the post office could tell her was that if it had been delivered...whether left on the stoop, or handed to her landlord...it would have (should have) been logged into the system.The last update was &#034;out for delivery&#034; in her neighborhood/zip code on Dec. 31st.They also said that they aren't responsible for reimbursing her since it wasn't insured.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;She was understandably upset since the item cost $140, and was MIA with no reassurances from the USPS.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So, her next step was to contact Anthropologie with immediate results. Anthropology is sending her a new one free of charge via UPS, and if the first shows up all she has to do is contact them and they will send her a smart label to return it - shipping prepaid.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Way to go, Anthropologie!!!
