				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have the Martie pants in bright blue, and have washed them many times with no problems (cold water, hand wash cycle, line dry). I'm glad to hear J.Crew stood behind their product. I had a problem once when they ordered a dress for me in the store and I never received it. Not only did they reimburse me right away, they sent me a $25 gift card.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I bought 2 pair of the Martie pants from JCrew back in February, loved the fit, and have worn them both a number of times. I recently washed the khaki pair (cold water, gentle cycle, line dry) but the pants shrank (about 1 1/2 inches and were tighter around the waist, etc.) I emailed JCrew about this problem and within 24 hours they had responded with an offer to return the pants for a full store credit. Just thought I'd point out a retailer doing a nice job.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;PS If any of you have the Martie pants- I'd recommend dry cleaning which is what I'll be doing with the black pair that still fits well!
