I'm glad to hear J.Crew stood behind their product. I had a problem once when they ordered a dress for me in the store and I never received it. I recently washed the khaki pair (cold water, gentle cycle, line dry) but the pants shrank (about 1 1/2 inches and were tighter around the waist, etc.) I emailed JCrew about this problem and within 24 hours they had responded with an offer to return the pants for a full store credit. Just thought I'd point out a retailer doing a nice job.</p> <p>PS If any of you have the Martie pants- I'd recommend dry cleaning which is what I'll be doing with the black pair that still fits well! </p>
