Those boots are edgy and killer with the structured, conservative blazer as a counterpart. I like the longer jacket with the ties for this outfit - because it's a subtle echo of the ties on the boots - but both jackets are great and fit you very nicely. I think I like the new jacket better, if it's a choice of either/or. The darker charcoal looks pretty against your skin, the sleeves and jacket length are a bit longer and waist tie is fun (it mimics the tie on the boots)! The boots look like a really nice, soft leather. They are both in excellent condition and (I think) fit me well. I do not really 'need' either of them, but at the price ($9 total) I went for it.</p> <p>I am wondering if you think the detailing on the boots looks... tarty, for lack of a better word. And whether the 'new' grey jacket looks better than the old, which is genuinely vintage and in the last picture. (I have always loved this jacket, but I worry that the sleeves are too short for me--what do you think?) </p> <p>So the questions are: (1) do you like the boots? and (2) do you like the darker grey jacket (the new one) or the lighter one (the vintage one) or both?
