I'm in Estonia and I'd be ordering from the UK website, so no free returns for me, alas! I think it'd cost 5-10€ to send back a sweater or two. So I always do a lot of research before ordering, to minimize the risk that I'd have to send it back. Not as bright or light as it looked on my screen, but a wonderful middle blue - very flattering. And it goes very well with my full plaid skirt which is great because the skirt was slowly becoming an orphan. </p>
