It's actually a good length as a tunic. The problem with turning it around with the v in front is that the back is a bit longer than the front, which would make it really short in the back if I turned it around. The panel idea could work, for sure!

Sew a panel in to cover the v neck and wear it as a dress if it s too long as a top.

I could never wear a sweater with the V-neckline backwards due to my concern if I was ever found unconscious, some well meaning Samaritan would try and twist my head the right way 'round !

I understand. I feel vulnerable when my back is not sufficiently covered.

Aw, too bad! No possibility to turn it around and wear the V in front?

I wanted to love you. The length was perfect, the small side vents were perfect, the sleeves were beyond perfect (and made me reconsider Gap because I have a problem finding sleeves that are long enough).

The deep v neckline in the back drove me batty, so I never wore you. It's time to pass you on to someone else who will appreciate the fit of a garment made for tall women; I know how hard it can be to find.
