My DS had something similar years ago but they could not get all the tumor because it was too tangled in facial nerves. It went well, but it wasn't a fatty tumor like they thought. They are doing pathology to find out exactly what it is. We should know in 4or 5 days. Shouldn't take long - he is having a benign fatty tumor removed from the side of his face. Good thoughts appreciated! Will update when it's over. </p>
