The Sears in Rideau Centre is closing down to make way for Nordstrom, which is why Sears is no longer participating in any promos/flyer sales and everything is final sale. The lease expires in October. I'm dreading what Nordstrom (might) do to me since I currently walk through Sears everyday to get to my bus! It definitely caters to a young, trendy crowd. I find this intriguing, because I thought I just read that Topshop is coming to Nordstrom in the US.
