In a column of black, my black frames are lovely and dramatic - they look great - but with a white dress or something soft and pretty, they look a bit jarring with the rest of the outfit. So glad that you do like them as I am always admiring your fab frames and how well they co-ordinate with your clothing, acting as a beautiful accessory rather than merely being glasses so you can see.</p> <p><b>Karen13</b> - I notice that I can go up to a 52mm size in lenses without the frame becoming too big. I am not sure about how people can buy frames online without trying...as the nose fit is something that I need to see as many frames with smaller lenses then would not fit on my face particularly well. Tiffany &amp; Co do have lovely designs. My black frames are 2.5 years old and I still enjoy wearing them as they are quite classic.</p> <p><b>Taylor</b> - yes Tiffany &amp; Co make lovely frames, both of these are by them - the white frame also has beautiful silver crystal bling on the side. If you need to wear glasses, best to get something that you love. I have been wearing contact lenses since I was 18 and most friends and colleagues don't know that I even wear glasses, so I am lucky that contacts work for me. Small nose bridge, close set eyes and narrow face make it a challenge. I will have to wear my pearls with these glasses.</p> <p>Mirjana - thank you - the white frame is a bit unusual, but I like it after wearing darker frames for many years.</p> <p>Anne - you are right, these frames are not small as the lenses are 52mm in width, which is the same as my old frames. The light coloured frame does look a bit like safety glasses, but for me one of the huge attractions of the frame was that any overhang of the lenses due to the strength of my prescription blends in with the colour of the frame. My eyes never seem to get irritated and I love having perfect vision.&nbsp;</p> <p>However, I do like keeping my specs up to date with my prescription. Unfortunately I am very short sighted, which means that I have to try to get rather small frames - which at the moment is a real challenge, because oversized frames are the current fashion.</p> <p>I have a black with a pale blue frame currently (by Tiffany &amp; Co), and whilst I like wearing these with my winter clothing, feel that they look a bit dramatic when I am wearing softer colours.</p> <p>I have been on a quest to find a lighter coloured frame. My optician got this frame in the day I had my eyes tested, and it felt like the right one for me (Tiffany &amp; Co again).&nbsp;</p> <p>So I hope you like these new frames. I have to accept that with my prescription, it is always going to make my eyes look demagnified - but I think I now have the best of both worlds with my black and pearl white frames. At least they are sufficiently different that there is no confusing the fact that I have new specs!</p> <p>I would be interested to know which frame you prefer. </p>
