These days my husband is in the midst of an insane thing at work, and one thing that has come up? <i>Lack of water!</i> He's all over the place lately and literally has no time to get himself any water. Ridiculous, but true. </p> <p>Do me a favour? Drink a 500ml bottle or glass of water before you leave for work tomorrow, and make sure you get breakfast too. If it's that busy at work, you don't know when or if you're going to get a lunch break - so drink some water (along with your coffee or tea), and eat something, even if you're not hungry - because who knows when you'll get a chance to take a break?
