Our 15” of snow came at the end of November, but it has been quite cold so it has stayed remarkably good. I know it will get worse before it gets better as we don’t really have much snow in the forecast. So I’m trying to get out everyday. I think I’m at 14 days of the 15 since they opened. My pass is now paid for! Needless to say, my legs are toast. But when it looks like this, you just have to drag yourself out there. Yesterday’s ski eye candy below.</p> <p>Carla - I do both - I Skate more because it is easier on my back and my technique is better, so I can go longer and more places, but I’m excited to be getting into to classic. I like that they can pass for jeans if you're running errands on the way home. </p> <p>I use a pair of OR Cirque pants for most of my winter outdoor activities. Warm, pretty indestructible, and I love the velcro waist-tabs. They give a really nice custom fit.</p> <p>I'm jealous of your conditions. Or if I have to go running errands straight from skiing, they won’t scream ski pants.</p> <p>Kkards - it isn’t very cold in CA winter - id never have become a skier if I didn’t live here. Have some stretch and come in a Short inseam. They are softshell, DWR, breathable, and comfy agains the skin - plus they look like jeans. 5 large zip pockets and nice lower leg zips that I don't have to shorten!!! It was warmish today so i didn't wear a base layer but I could fit one if needed.</p> <p>I sized up from my typical vanity-sized streetwear pants. None of the retailers support Finds so here some links. Tons of rave reviews.
