Polly's was great - my kids loved their mini chocolate chip pancakes. I picked up some of their maple spread to take home - it is so delicious!</p> <p>I really wished that I had more time at the outlet. We were literally grabbing brunch and heading to the Flume so I'm sure there were probably alot of hidden treasurers that I missed (e.g. I saw a rack of silk dresses for $10 but none in my size).</p> <p>We had a wonderful time and I LOVE NH! Like I-wished-I-lived-there love it! I'm definitely a country mouse not a city mouse and everything about that area - the beautiful vistas, all the outdoor sporting opportunities, the fresh mountain air, the peace &amp; quiet (we zipped through North Conway and did NOT return) were very appealing. We used to live in CO and it reminded us of all the things that we loved about living there! This was our first trip to NH and it definitely won't be our last. Didn't even know they were in the area. My sister and I had planned on doing a shopping trip together but once we realized how weak the outlet mall was I got us spa days at the Mt. I noticed the NH address on the back of their catalog recently and have mentally filed it away for a day trip the next time I'm in New England visiting family. Last fall they had an amazing selection of shoes and boots in their catalog. Aside from all the mountain climbing, hiking, and Storyland (<a href="http://www.storylandnh.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.storylandnh.com/</a>) visits, I had a small &amp; unplanned shopping opportunity while trying to find the famous Polly's Pancake Parlor - Garnet Hill! I had no idea where they were based but I do now - Franconia, NH!</p> <p>Both a regular retail store and an outlet for overstocks &amp; seconds were nearby and I popped into both for a few minutes (3 hungry men chanting for pancakes put a stop to any extended shopping). The outlet was filled with lots of goodies at discount prices - a bunch of Frye boots, Gentle Souls, Coclico shoes and French Sole flats at rock bottom prices ($60-100) but mainly in size 6 or 6.5. Some name brand clothing (Splendid dresses, Patagonia jackets etc) too.
