Specifically, the arm-holes in tops stop at a lower point on the ribcage. If you were to compare a tall size small to a regular small, the entire armhole would be longer, so a tall small sweater might have droopy armpits on your body. This happens to me too depending on the garment as I am a tall small/xsmall, so I hear your frustration on the lack of xs in tall sizing! I have to alter small tall sizes from this company, but try the cardigan out and keep ahold of the receipt! But I have a very long torso, and most BF cardigans these days hit me at a wrong spot, I usually need it 1-2" longer. The few shirts that I've worn have had long enough sleeves and bodies for me at 6'<br /> Otherwise, they fit the same as the regular sizes. Hope that helps.
