They actually said in their response they have had concerns about the quality of that sweater. Too bad... I am usually super sensitive to itchiness, and this bothered me a bit at first, but I quickly got used to it and loved the style and fit. After the first wear, it was so pilled I will have to return it. That is annoying enough, but I posted a review on the website saying just that and it was removed! I emailed the company and they said all reviews are subject to review by the Gap, but were not removed just for negative review. It has been almost a week and it has not returned to the site. I was sad the sweater didn't work out, but even more upset to realize how inaccurate online reviews probably are. Has anyone has this problem, with either the sweater or online reviews? </p>
