&#060;p&#062;We are so spoiled with Nordies and other leading retailers' systems that allow us to track every little movement. &#038;nbsp;There is no excuse for 3 weeks dead time on an order. &#038;nbsp;They should invest more in their backend systems. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I can't reorder as practically&#038;nbsp;&#060;i&#062;&#060;u&#062;everything &#060;/u&#062;&#060;/i&#062;in my order is now sold out in my size!! Of all the pieces I had ordered, only 1 item is left in the size and color I had ordered. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I can tell you this, it'll be a long, long time before I order from them again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So, it looks like I have the enitre order back in my budget.&#038;nbsp; I will try and make do with what I have, and put it toward a fall maternity piece or two. But those pieces will NOT come from GAP.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes, still no notification that it shipped. And when I go to the order tracking, it still says in process.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Order date was June 17th, so it'll be 4 weeks and no shipment as of tomorrow.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I will see if they run another 40% campaign this week and re-order it. Frustrating as I had really wanted to wear some of the pieces already!&#038;nbsp; I suppose it just means I&#038;nbsp;will trim back a bit as even if this ships quickly, I won't gte it until mid-July. By September, it will be too cool for most summer pieces.

For maternity stuff in particular, you need it NOW* - it's not like you can wear it next summer.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;However, why not wait it out? If it ships tomorrow, maybe you will get use of the stuff for the next two months. If it doesn't, or doesn't work out, you just return it. Meanwhile put it out of your mind and&#038;nbsp;shop as if it isn't coming, ie/ fill any urgent holes elsewhere if you can.&#038;nbsp;I guess this is kind of the zen approach, que sera sera &#038;nbsp;- easier said than done  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>

It's coming up on a month and still nothing. They haven't offered to do a thing for me - so at least a coupon code is something. Personally, I'm returning what I get anyways bc it's way way way too late. Good luck resolving this. So frustrating!

I would not cancel because you put the effort into selecting the items. I would however reorder the items and see if they come and then return the duplicates.

Mr. G ordered a couple of polos from BR a week ago--one was shipped from a store and arrived in a week, but he hasn't even received a shipping notification for the other three polos yet. He's not that fussed&#038;nbsp; but I'm now wondering if I should just contact CS to cancel the order. Normally BR/GAP sends shipping notifications within a few days.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Does the stuff show up eventually? Or, like the infamous BorderFree/FiftyOne, does your order just vanish into another dimension?

But sometimes something happens either on the shipping end, or in the warehousing of some items. I know Mr. Suz complained like crazy. I think in the end he placed a &#060;b&#062;SECOND ORDER&#060;/b&#062; for the same articles and got those much sooner!! He then returned all the stuff he didn't want. Customer Service was ....hmmm...shall we say, less understanding&#038;nbsp;than Nordstrom's. LIke you, he got some kind of coupon and free return shipping (which we don't get in Canada -- we usually just take it back to the store but it can be a hassle at times.)&#038;nbsp;

Can you contact Customer Service once more and try to move up the food chain to speak to someone who can figure out the problem?  (They'll probably blame Hurricane Arthur!). If that doesn't work I'd say cancel the order.

&#060;p&#062;Most of the items I purchased were either online only or not available in my area - there is no GAP maternity near me. The stuff I ordered was stuff to wear right now, but with summer by me half over, if they don't ship it soon, I will have no need for it!
