Thanks for the info! I'm leaning towards keeping the size I got if they're only going to stretch a little.

Inge - they're going to be my everyday jeans (during the colder weather, I pretty much live in jeans)...t-shirts, cardigans...whatever works with them! The length is good so I can wear flats or a very short heel/wedge, so they should be pretty versatile. I'll probably wear these about half of the time I want to wear jeans, the other half will be filled with a couple of skinnies. Does that answer your question?

I have a pair and I don't think they stretch out any more than any other jeans. I can usually get 3 wears out of them before I feel like they need "tightening" by washing.

Just an fyi, I was told not to put them through the dryer since they will shrink up.

I wear mine all the time and found they didn't stretch as much as I expected. I bought them snug and after about 3 days of wear, they are slightly loose-fitting...and I'm pretty hard on my jeans. I'm pretty pleased with them overall. Most of my other non-premium jeans look pretty awful after about an hour or two. With my Curvy jeans, I can get a couple days out of them before I feel like they need to be washed.

I personally don't know, Lana, but I'm sure the others will chime in soon. How are you planning to wear them?

So, does anyone know just how much Gap Curvy jeans will bag/stretch out after a day of wearing? The sales person told me they would stretch some, so I got a size smaller than what I tried on, but when I got home and put them on, they actually fit pretty much how I'd like them to, even a size smaller. Should I go another size down? They're the darkest wash, if that matters.
