I was going to suggest sizing down too. Nice blazer. A great Seattle item!

I ordered the 4P so we'll see how that fits in a week or two. I hope it works because the price is sure right.

From the pic, it looks like a dressy blazer, rather than casual. Therefore . . . I think it needs to be more fitted (in order to really look all-the-way dressy!) For your more casual blazer, have you thought about getting something with some texture in it?

Just to clarify, this looks dressy to me. I think that's why I want a more refined fit. As a BF style with scrunched sleeves, the fit is pretty good.

I think Halogen and H&M blazers are a bit more fitted-same with Gibson. At least that is my experience.

ETA: I liked it with the sleeves rolled : ) You could even scrunch them up a bit more!

Jonesy, my intention was to find a fitted and dressy one first. I do want to find a boyfriend style eventually. And if this fits that bill, then I would keep this and look for a dressy one later.

I can do "sleeves scrunched/rolled" pics.

Size down and see if it works for you, Brenda. And cuff or pin the sleeves (or scrunch) in the pics so we can see how that would look, too. (She said, issuing orders left and right...you would think I were the Commander. That's what we used to call my MIL, actually...)

I am excited about the possibilities of this one.

I truly understand the shoulder issue; I have it too, to an extent.

I agree with kellygirl. You are so tiny, we want to show off that waist!

I could try sizing down. It is a bit stretchy and it is a petite. I ordered a 6P because that's what the sizing chart said.

I hate to be predictable but I want the arms and body to be a bit more fitted. Is this petite? Is it stretchy? Can you size down?

It *does* look a wee bit roomy :), but buttoned it looks quite nice and fitted. Maybe if you had the sleeves shortened?

ETA: Are you looking for a more casual, BF-style jacket, or something more dressy and fitted?

My mom is here and says it fits perfectly but there is wisdom in lots of counsel, so I'm bringing it before YLF for a vote. Keep in mind that without fail, you all say that every jacket I model for you is too big. It's the shoulders' fault. ;)

What say you?

edited to add scrunched sleeve shot
