I just don't like to wear very low, plunging necklines. Unfortunately most low necklines end up becoming plunging necklines on me because I am petite on top, but that should not be a problem for you. I don't think all plunging necklines look cheap or desperate, but the combination of certain factors does. Big bust and plunging neckline is one of them, especially when you're just out and about during the day.
