And if I had all those alterations done it would probably cost enough not to make the bargain I got much of a bargain. I am on a pretty tight clothes budget these days. But thanks for the info on the sleeves! I wouldn't have thought they could be shortened with the zippers. I bought the exact same biker jacket and was worried about the shortening because of the zippers on the sleeves, but the tailor was able to cut the zipper and it came out beautifully.</p> <p>The collar is supposed to be high, I think - how bad is it? The medium fit me perfectly through the torso, but unfortunately, once again the arms were too long and the collar too high, so it's going back. This is the same problem I've had with every other moto jacket I've tried in this style, so I think I'm going to give up on them for this season, unless I can find one that comes in petite sizes.</p> <p>The boyfriend jacket, on the other hand, I really didn't like. It was cost more than the moto jacket, and I didn't feel the material was of great quality. Also, it's got sort of built in scrunching of the arms - there is actually elastic in them so they stay pushed up. You don't have the option of wearing them down or folded. I found that kind of odd.</p> <p>So anyway, back they both go. </p>
