Next time you wear it, I demand pics :)</p> <p>I definitely see a change in LOFT. Not just in the clothes themselves, but in the people who shop there and work there--I'm one of them! I really used to really dislike LOFT, to be honest. It was one of my least favorite stores and I could not understand why so many YLFers liked it so much. I found it completely devoid of any personality. Now I'm eying several things I like. There are furry vests, slouchy sweaters, stirrup leggings, OTK boots, cute little menswear hats, etc. This is not the LOFT I used to know. The old LOFT was boring prints and patterns and bland casual wear. If I needed something really basic I would peek in, but it was hardly a store to get excited over. I still wouldn't categorize it as extremely fashion forward and trendy, but that's fine. The BF cardi that Angie highlighted in her blog post is pretty much identical to the BF cardi that they offered last fall (and spring). They've always had a bunch of pretty blouses/tops and there's always been a small selection of slightly fashion forward items (which usually either sell out or don't sell at all!). Otherwise I would probably have never even known. They're still not what I would call edgy or hip or anything, but they do have some nice building blocks compared to their former offerings, which were really basic.</p> <p>I have a long neck and I don't mind boxy silhouettes, so I am not bothered by that. The modes look fantabulous in them. Granted, I am not a model, but I also don't let that stop me from trying new things in general.</p> <p>I have no reservations about the look itself, just the practicality and how much use I'll be getting out of it. </p> <p>I went to H&amp;M but did not see any furry vests. I saw one at Lord and Taylor but it was quite long.
