Is it silly to leave the vest on indoors? It's crazy cold here and my office is even a bit chilly. I would be wearing tights under the dress too (black I assume?). I normally think of these vests as toppers for outdoors in fall so that's why I'm asking.</p> <p>what do you think? </p>
