It is petite-friendly with a high armhole. The collar is slinky soft, not stiff or boardy. It comes in charcoal with a brown collar, and black with a black collar. I got the charcoal, I thought it would be better for the very casual/weekend way I will wear this item, because the black/black option read sort of dressy. </p>
