It does have three buttons that allow it to be worn all the way up, but I don’t care for how that looks on my short neck. </p> <p>Also adding the WIW of the tweed coat and fringed scarf look I wore out shopping plus another outfit I wore to my writers’ group. I’m so happy to be out of puffer jacket weather. </p>
