But you're right, all of these boots have a rugged outdoorsy feel to them. You could wear them with skirts, but (in my opinion) they'd work best with an all-over outdoorsy look or with a careful contrast with something more feminine.</p> <p>In my experience, the quality of Target footwear is really variable--I've tried (and owned) some shoes and boots that are high-quality in materials and construction, and others, not so much. They're engineer boots and quite popular.
