But I have also scored Ecco and Naot sandals for less than $40 each. It's like you have to accidentally stumble across something you didn't have your heart set on, and then your size might be the winning price. And Amazon knows if you eye it too much or put it in your cart and leave it for later, because it ratchets up the price accordingly. I've learned to jump when it's a good price, because it won't last. Then the size is not mine or they are out of a color I want. Getting so I don't even look for anything on sale.&nbsp; I just determine how much I will wear them, or how much I like them, and decide a top price I will go.&nbsp; This does not apply to my work out sneakers, trail hikers, special footwear for specific things, etc. </p>
