It's been a while. Elote is easy to make at home! Take corn on the cob, slather it with mayo, sprinkle with tajin, and top with some queso fresco (or parmesan, if you can't do fresh cheeses.)</p> <p><b>Katerina,&nbsp;</b>the photo of the scarf might be a bit misleading. &nbsp;It's actually burgundy, just slightly less saturated than the tights. &nbsp;I'll add a Find, but I'm not sure the color accuracy is any better.</p> <p><b>lyn67,&nbsp;</b>it's definitely a less-common plaid combination!</p> <p><b>The Cat, </b>those stylings&nbsp;would be lovely if I had any such pieces in my wardrobe, but I don't.
